This kit includes the Still Spirits Air Still and the Air Still Carbon Filter & Collection system. The Air Still is an air cooled pot still that allows you to distill water, hydrosols, and small batches of flavourful spirits up to 60% ABV. The Carbon Filter & Collection System is a container filter system designed to filter 1.125 L (1.19 US qt.) of 40% ABV spirit with minimal loss of volume. It is also perfect for filtering distilled water for further purification.
